Enjoy and relax to the peace of the Hiwassee River. The other side of the river is owned by the University of TN Tree farm. Property is a duplex with adjoining door between kitchens, rent the full property or 1 unit under a separate listing. There are 2 dining rooms, 2 living rooms. Beautiful view of river and mountains. Excellent fishing (dock), kayaking, tubing, hiking, rock climbing nearby. Huge back porch overlooking two decks and fishing dock. Sleeps max 10. All bedrooms are upstairs, three have queen size beds, one has a bunk with a full size mattress on bottom and a twin on top. One side has a leather sofa bed with a full size mattress. Enjoying many fun activities like whitewater rafting or schedule a ride at the local glider port.
