The home sits on the Hiwassee River with a screened in back porch, two decks and a small dock. The University of Tennessee Tree Farm is on the other side of the River so you are looking at green trees and foliage. There are beautiful views from both bedrooms, dining room and kitchen of the river. Decks and the dock also have a beautiful view of the mountains upstream. The home is located just off of HWY 411 1/2 mile downstream from the 411 bridge. Both bedrooms are located upstairs. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has a full size on bottom twin bed on top bunk. A full bath is located between the bedrooms with a tub/shower. The main floor is an open floor plan with living room, dining room and kitchen. There is a 1/2 bath located on the main floor. (This property is one unit of two in a duplex; however the other side will not be occupied while this unit is rented for your privacy. We reserve for our own personal use when side A is not rented.)
